Raven Wayne

Starfire listens to Raven.

Starfire - A female mouse who's Raven friend. She wears a purple tube top and skirt. When Raven changes, she shoos the boy mice out of the room. One day, she met a new mouse named Gar. When Raven showed the mice her mother's gown, Starfire noticed how old it was and said she could update it with no problems. When Raven was called away by Pamela, Kitten, and Blackfire, Starfire decided that they could make the dress for her. Starfire then had Robin and Gar get some trimmings, partially because Robin wasn't good at sowing. When they returned with a sash and beads, Starfire was impressed when Robin said how he and Gar took it from Scat. She quickly shook it off and had Robin and Gar work on the dress by measuring and cutting with Victor. Starfire meanwhile drew in some chalk lines for the patterns. Starfire then punched Gar when he nearly cut off her tail with the scissors. After the dress was complete, Starfire and the other mice surprised Raven by presenting it to her in her room that night. Starfire was with the mice as they watched Raven come down in her dress and witnessed Blackfire and Kitten tear it to pieces. They then watched Raven cry at a fountain when a woman named Shayera appeared. To help Raven get to the ball, Starfire was turned into a horse until midnight to help draw a carriage made from a pumpkin. Just as midnight occured, Raven arrived and had everyone rush off, and only a short time later, they all turned back to normal.

Shayera explains how the spell will end.

Shayera - Raven's fairy godmother. After Blackfire and Kitten ruined her dress and left, Raven sobbed until Shayera arrived and comforted her. Shayera said that she was going to help Raven go to a ball and revealed her magical powers to her when she found her wand. Thinking quickly about her magic words, she turned a pumpkin into a carriage, the mice into horses, Phillip into a coachman, and Mel into a footwoman. Then she nearly sent Raven off before realizing the condition of her dress and makes her a new gown and glass slippers. Shayera then warned Raven that at the stroke of twelve, the spell would be broken and everything would be the way it was before. Shayera then said good-bye to Raven and waved farewell.

Victor - A male mouse who's Raven's friend. When he went out of the room with Robin while Raven changed, Victor saw a trapped mouse and told Raven with Robin. Victor then met the new mouse, named Gar. Victor went with Robin and Gar to breakfast in the back yard, but Scat was in the way. Once it was determined that Robin would distract Scat, Victor sadly said that he'd miss him. Once Scat was distracted, Victor went to the yard and got some corn kernels from Raven. Following that, Victor returned to the others. When Victor heard Robin's believe that Pamela, Kitten, and Blackfire wouldn't give Raven the time to make her dress for an upcoming ball, Victor agreed to help, measuring and cutting with Robin and Gar and surprising Raven with it that night. Victor was with the mice as they watched Raven come down in her dress and witnessed Blackfire and Kitten tear it to pieces. They then watched Raven cry at a fountain when a woman named Shayera appeared. To help Raven get to the ball, Victor was turned into a horse until midnight to help draw a carriage made from a pumpkin.

Terra listens to Raven.

Terra - A female mouse who's Raven's friend. She wears a black shirt with a "T" on it and brown shorts. She usually does whatever Starfire does. One day, she met a new mouse named Gar. When Terra heard from Robin that Pamela, Kitten, and Blackfire would keep Raven too busy to make a dress for an upcoming ball, Terra agreed to help out. She helped Starfire draw out patterns for the dress. Terra was with the mice as they watched Raven come down in her dress and witnessed Blackfire and Kitten tear it to pieces. They then watched Raven cry at a fountain when a woman named Shayera appeared. To help Raven get to the ball, Terra was turned into a horse until midnight to help draw a carriage made from a pumpkin. Just as midnight occurred, Raven arrived and had everyone rush off, and only a short time later, they all turned back to normal.

Clark at the castle.

Clark - The king of the land. He's the calm and collective one as he calmed Lois down when she shouted at Wally about their son Conner getting married. Clark also comforted Lois when she cried about Conner drifting away from them as he grew. Clark also groaned when Wally suggested leaving Conner alone. Clark agreed with Lois' idea of arranging conditions for Conner to find a future wife as she stated that it worked for them. Clark also instantly picked up on Lois' plan to have a ball to celebrate Conner's return with every eligible maiden in the kingdom attending. During the ball, Clark noted how picky Conner was, saying that at least one of the women he met so far would make a suitable mother and wife. When Kitty and Blackfire arrived, Clark sighed with resignation. Just then, a girl in a white gown and cloak arrived, and Clark pointed it out to Wally happily. Clark then asked if Wally knew the girl, which he didn't. After stopping Lois from falling off the balcony calling for the waltz, he called for the lights to be dimmed and went to bed with Lois.

Lois questions leaving Conner alone.

Lois - The queen of the land. She's very impulsive and quick to anger. One day, Lois shouted at Wally about her and Clark's son Conner settling down and getting married, shouting that she was patient. After Clark calmed her down, Lois apologized to Wally as she admitted that she wanted to see her grandchildren and was feeling that her only son was growing further and further away from her and Clark. She also said that she wanted more people in this old palace. She objected to leaving Conner alone because of his romantic ideas. She believed that love was simply a boy and a girl meeting under the right conditions, like how she and Clark got together, and she believed they should arrange the conditions, scoffing away Wally's idea of Conner suspecting something since he was coming home that day and figured a ball to celebrate his return would be perfectly natural, even with every eligible maiden in her and Clark's kingdom there to greet him. She then asked Wally if he was bound to find a girl he's interested in. Lois also voiced the idea of having the lights go down and play romantic music. She also ordered that the ball be tonight. During the ball, Lois glared angrily at Clark when he stated that one of the girls would make a suitable mother before he said he meant "wife". After Blackfire and Kitten arrived, Lois gave up, saying that Conner wasn't cooperating, paralelling it to when he'd smash his peas against the wall rather than eating them. Just then a young girl in white arrived, and Lois pointed her out to Wally happily. She then called for the waltz, nearly falling out of the balcony in the process. She then went to bed with Clark after a job well done, telling Wally to keep an eye on them. She also said that if anything went wrong, Wally would be the new stable boy.

Wally reluctantly agrees with the idea of a ball.

Wally - The grand duke. Wally advised Lois to be patient in waiting for Conner to find a wife. Wally sympathized with Lois' feelings about Conner growing further and further away. He also advised them to leaven the prince alone, explaining it as a matter of love. Wally was against the idea of a ball but was pigeon-holed into agreeing with the idea. He also glumly agreed to the ball being tonight and making sure ever eligible maiden would attend. At the ball, Wally was being proven correct, saying over and over again that he was right. He eventually talked about how the two pictured it until a girl in white arrived, and he was proven wrong, which he took well. Wally stated he never saw her before and was about to go to bed with the others before Lois had him keep an eye on them, and threatened to make him a stable boy if anything went wrong. Wally then stopped Pamela from snooping. At midnight, the girl ran off, and Wally tried to stop her but failed, only finding one of her slippers.

Mel - A pet dog Bruce gave to Raven when she was a stray puppy. After Pamela took over, Mel was threatened with expulsion from the house if he chased Pamela's cat, Scat. Instead, she dreamed of chasing Scat, but Raven discouraged these dreams for fear of them coming true, but Mel couldn't find it in her heart to like Scat due to his devious nature. Mel is often tricked by Scat into growling at him, and forcing Raven to take her outside for the day. Mel then watched Raven cry at a fountain when a woman named Shayera appeared. To help Raven get to the ball, Mel was turned into a footwoman until midnight to help Raven into a carriage made from a pumpkin. Just as midnight occured, Raven arrived and had everyone rush off, and only a short time later, they all turned back to normal. Mel panted happily for Raven's good time.

Phillip - A horse Bruce and Raven had. Phillip then watched Raven cry at a fountain when a woman named Shayera appeared. To help Raven get to the ball, Phillip was turned into a coachman until midnight to drive a carriage made from a pumpkin. Just as midnight occurred, Raven arrived and had everyone rush off, and only a short time later, they all turned back to normal. Phillip smiled happily about Raven's good time.

Raven Wayne II: Dreams Come True

Conner in a more casual version of his royal outfit.

Conner - Raven's new husband. During their honeymoon, Raven told him the story of how she had arrived at the ball, with her godmother Shayera arrived. A month later, Conner returned to the castle with Raven and assured her that she really was a princess now. Conner assured Raven that he'd help her plan the royal banquet until his parents explained to him that he had to leave now. Conner objected since he didn't want to leave Raven alone with the royal banquet only two days away, especially since she never was a princess before. Conner apologized for having to rush off and assured Raven that she'd surprise him and his parents with a great feast. Conner then left to help his parents negotiate border problems. Conner came back with his parents. He also laughed nervously when Lois pointed out how Conner never stopped talking about Raven. He blushed even more when Lois pointed out that Conner's favorite food was chocolate when he was little. Conner then picked up one of the newborn puppies Mel just had, telling him he'd get squished if he walked around. He eventually did get free again before being put back with his brothers and sisters and Mel. Conner guessed he missed a few things before finally kissing Raven hello. As the two sat down, Conner said that he was glad Raven did thinks her way and said that the day she'd get being a princess right was today.

Kara talks with Raven.

Kara - Kara is a much younger cousin of Clark's and becomes one of Raven's ladies in waiting after Raven's marriage to Conner. While trying to help Lana wake Raven up, they realize that it's Raven's dog Mel, and Kara is disgusted by this. In the kitchen, Kara is introduced to Raven, and she is stated to know anything about the royal family Raven would want to know. While Raven was getting put into a new dress, Kara explained that she'd have to have an even more formal dress for the banquet. Kara eventually bombarded Raven with review until she broke down and demanded a break. Later that day, Kara was encouraged by Raven to dance with the others to a lively tune. Even later that day, Kara asked about napkins again. Raven asked what she'd like. Kara nervously said that she thought it'd be cool to use the royal colors of red, yellow, and blue for the napkins, which Raven agreed with. She also enjoyed when Raven opened the curtains. Kara then got some water for Wally's exhausted cousin, Bart. Kara then helped Mel give birth, telling Bart, Krypto, and Lana when the puppies began coming.

Barbara greets Raven.

Barbara - Barbara is the brightest girl in the castle and becomes one of Raven's ladies in waiting after her marriage to Conner. While trying to help Lana wake Raven up, they realize that it's Raven's dog Mel, and Barbara is surprised by this. In the kitchen, Barbara is introduced to Raven, and she is stated to find out anything Raven would want to know. While Raven was getting put into a new dress, Barbara said she'd have the tailors try and get a new color for it. Barbara also agreed with Lana that the royal curtains shouldn't be opened. Barbara also taught Raven who sat where during meals. Barbara eventually bombarded Raven with review until she broke down and demanded a break. Barbara was later encouraged to dance by Raven. She also decided to help Mel give birth, delivering several of the eight puppies, including the last one, who would be named Oddball.

Jinx meets Raven.

Jinx - Jinx is a young girl that's naive about certain customs and becomes one of Raven's ladies in waiting after her marriage to Conner. While trying to help Lana wake Raven up, they realize that it's Raven's dog Mel, and Jinx is sympathetic to the dog since she's about to have puppies. In the kitchen, Jinx is introduced to Raven, and she is stated to probably get along very well with Raven, and it showed as she was eager to the idea of toast and jam for breakfast. Jinx quizzed Raven about which color was right for different occasions. Jinx eventually bombarded Raven with review until she broke down and demanded a break. Jinx later went out with Raven to dish out invitations and danced to a lively tune. She also helped deliver several of Mel's puppies. At the banquet she brought out the pudding and nearly dropped it before Bart got it.

Krypto.

Krypto - Mel's mate after Raven and Conner married and Conner's dog. He's also the father of Oddball. When the cat Pom-Pom approached Oddball menacingly, Krypto barked angrily and scared Pom-Pom away. Once Mel had cleaned Oddball, Krypto nudged him on his way. During the ride home from Conner and Raven's honeymoon, Krypto nuzzled the pregnant Mel. Krypto then greeted the mice and went to Conner and Raven's room with them. The next day, Mel went into labor, and Krypto was kept company by Bart. Eventually, Krypto became a father of eight and brought out his youngest son, Oddball, who was hiding under the bed and set him next to his mother.

Oddball - The three month old son of Krypto and Mel. He's a friend of the mice, and when Shayera arrived to read Raven's story, Oddball licked Robin. Oddball also helped get Robin and Gar to the library. When Pom-Pom blocked their path. Oddball tried to scare her away with a bark, but she didn't leave until Krypto barked. After that, Mel pulled Krypto aside and gave him a bath before he was allowed to go on. He managed to arrive just at the end. He barked at the idea of a new Raven story as he climbed onto Shayera's lap. When the book began making itself, Oddball climbed onto the table and pawed at the paper as it put itself inside the book. Oddball then stared at a picture Gar drew about Raven's first day at the castle. Oddball was born the day before the royal banquet and was the youngest of eight puppies. When he was first born he scampered under the bed before being brought out by Krypto. He was also holding Raven's stuffed rabit Bunny. He was set next to his mother and got cleaned. The next day, Oddball was brought out and everyone cooed at him. He was held by Lois and Conner before becoming fascinated with his own reflection, causing Raven to name him Oddball for his eccentricities. Oddball was then set with his brothers and sisters and tried to join the party before being caught by Mel and put back. As the mice completed the first chapter, Oddball pawed the picture of Conner and Raven kissing.

Antagonists

Raven Wayne

Scat - A pet cat of Pamela's and pampered almost as badly as Blackfire and Kitten. Scat is to be the first fed. He also has a rivalry with Raven's dog, Mel, never missing an opportunity to trick her into going outside. Scat is also very devious and the bane of many of the mice in the chateau. After Scat had gotten his cream one day, a mouse named Robin kicked Scat, and he chased after him. He didn't stop until Gar appeared, and Scat went after the easier target. Scat was about to kill Gar when he got hit on the head by a broom Robin kicked. Scat then managed to track Gar to the breakfast trays for Pamela, Blackfire, and Kitten, but Raven continually came back over and forced Scat to wait, eventually having to try and grab Gar while Raven walked up the stairs, but he failed again due to Raven losing a shoe. Eventually, Scat figured out which tray Gar was on when Blackfire screamed about a mouse and caught Gar before Raven confronted him. He tried to hide Gar, but Raven shook him roughly until he let Gar go. Once Pamela disciplined Raven with extra chores, Scat watched and nodded with every extra chore until Pamela got to giving Scat a bath. During the music lessons that day, Scat walked out, and when he saw Raven wash the floor, Scat got his feet dirty and messed the whole place up before running away from a furious Raven. That afternoon, Scat was resting when he noticed Robin and Gar trying to walk away with a sash. Scat chased after them, but they were too quick, and they took the sash too. Scat then heard that the mice wanted the beads too, so he sat on them. When Robin walked passed and began collecting buttons, he was about to attack when he realized he'd have to leave the button. Scat then scooched the beads along as he walked off. Scat then attacked, but Robin caused a button to hit his nose, making him jump at Robin, abandoning the beads. Scat ended up stuck inside the sleeve of Blackfire's nightgown as he crawled after Robin and Gar, escaping with the beads. They managed to escaped, and Blackfire shouted at Scat for being in her nightgown and took him off to spank. Scat eventually cornered Gar that night and nearly caught him before Raven's fairy godmother Shayera turned Gar into a horse, who frightened Scat off.

Raven Wayne II: Dreams Come True

Pom-Pom - The cat of a duchess that lives in the castle. She became the new nemesis of the mice after they moved to the castle. She's also a nemesis of Oddball as he's a tiny dog, and she's a fat cat. When Oddball was carrying the mice, Pom-Pom didn't mind coming at them. She was scared off by Oddball's father, Krypto.
